BMF x 21 (Mar)

In a nutshell, BMF (British Military Fitness) is an outdoor fitness programme run by ex-military, who use techniques used by the Armed forces to get people fit. Come rain, hail or shine the classes take place. In January when we had the terrible snow I was out in my shorts doing commando rolls & press ups! As they say, if it ain’t raining, it ain’t training!

This challenge will be attending 21 BMF sessions across the course of the month – and given the fact that March is going to be one of my busiest, there’ll be a good number of double park sessions too. So be it hill sprints, burpees, squats or planking – this challenge is definitely going to test my fitness!
