Christmas Marathon

Challenge 12 is finally upon me. After nearly 3 months of recovery from my leg injury, upset from not being able to race at Chester, and learning some pretty special moves on a wobble board, it’s time. On Saturday 17th December I will be running 26.2 miles on a tread mill, strategically placed at the entrance of The Midland Hotel in Manchester city centre.

All the main details are listed below, but before you read those, I have a huge favour to ask. If you’re about in Manchester on that Saturday, spending your pennies ready for Christmas, why not head over to The Midland and give me a little cheer of support. After all, it’s going to be freezing, it’s going to be windy, and most likely raining, and it’s going to be 26.2 miles, so I could do with all the support I can get.

And you never know, there might be a cheeky mince pie or two for anyone with an extra few pennies to spare.
